Preparation of the monoclonal antibodies discriminating virulent and attenuated strains of psudorabbies virus (PRV)

  • The purified psudorabies virus strain FA (PRV-FA) was inoculated to Balb/c mice.Eleven monoclonal hybridoma cell lines which were able to stably excrete monoclonal antibodies against PRV were produced by means of hybridoma technique and indirect ELISA detection.The results of immunologic characteristics identification revealed that 6 hybridoma cell lines only reacted with PRV strain FA and didn’t react with PRV-FB, PRV-gE-and PRV-Bartha.And all these monoclonal antibodies didn’t react with HCV, SI, PRRSV and PPV.
