Inhibitory efficacy of the supernatant fluid femented by strain Bs-8093 Bacillus sphaericus on Ralstonia sotanacearum

  • The present study found that the supernatant liquid of Bacillus sphaericus Bs-8093 strain had inhibiting effect on the Raistonia solanacearum virulent strain.The proofread inhibit rate variated with different prescription of Bacillus sphaericus fermented supernatant liquid to Raistonia solanacerum virulent strain F.1.2-010618-07V.the highest was up to 82.49%,the lowest was 44.93%.An orthogonal design was used to screen fermentative medium of Bacillus sphaericus isolate Bs-8093.The results showed that cottonseed powder, beef extract and initial pH had significant influence on the number of bacterium and the proofread rate for its supernatant fluid to Raistonia solanacearum.The most appropriate fermentative medium was composed of cottonseed powder 5.0%.beef extract 0.3%, initial pH 7.4.
