  • Total genome DNA of P.nebrodensis mycelium was extracted by CTAB and the genetic relationships among 13 P.nebrodensis strains were analyzed by RAPD.11 primers of 80 random primers produced stable results.Among 66 bands obtained from 11 primers,50 bands were polymorphic bands which occupied 75.76% of the total amplified bands.Cluster analysis showed that the materials could be divided into 2 groups at the level of D=0.46,which evidently showed that the funnel-shaped fruitbody with a longer stem strains were grouped together,the horseshoe or palm-shaped fruitbody with a very short stem strains were grouped together.The cluster analysis of varieties revealed the relationships among P.nebrodensis strains.
