  • To investigate the effect of probiotics on weaning piglets,the feed antibiotics were substituted by probiotics in a field trial.The performance and biochemistry parameter was determined,including feed efficiency,diarrhea rate,the determination of D-lactic acid,D-xylose and IgA in blood serum,the determination of intestinal S-IgA,villous height and crypt depth.Results showed that the probiotics and antibiotics had similar effect on the growth performance,biochemistry parameter and intestinal morphology of weaning piglets.The feed antibiotics could be substituted by probiotics in weaning piglet feed and Treatment 2 was better.
