  • A new method to extract small amount of plasmid DNA with LiCl was developed.The results showed that the quality of plasmid DNA extracted by using this method was basically identical to that of the conventional alkalinelysis.The method satisfied the need for basic molecular biology experiments,and the procedure was simplified shortening the extracting time by 24 min.
