Financial policy for large-scale pig farm biogas projects under development

  • All large-scale pig farm biogas projects have a certain common external characteristics.This paper analyzes the importance of governmental financial policy in promoting the development,based on the theoretical considerations, as well as experiences of countries,such as the United States,the European Union,Japan,Australia and India.Suggestions for the policy establishment are presented.
