The situation of rural labor transfer and employment in Fujian

By the material analysis and on-the-spot investigation on the basis of the rural labor transfer of Fujian province,the general situation and the characteristics,the reasons of labor shortage and trends were studied.The corresponding countermeasures were put forward to slow the shortage of labor in coastal areas.
