  • Cauliflower male-sterile line MSA was used as sterile source, crossed the breeds with broccoli ferbile line.And through back-crossing bred,cauliflower cytoplasmic male sterile line was transfered to broccoli cytoplasmic male sterile line.After one-gerenation crossed and four-gerenation back-gerenation back-crossed, an exeellent horticulture character sterile line 5A was selected, where genetic character was stable, and the percentage of stage plant and the sterility percentage were 100%.
