  • The endogenous hormone IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in young panicles and the backward second leave sheathes of rice male-sterile line with alloplasm-homokaryon WAV41 A and KV41 A and their maintainer V41B were determined by ELISA (enzyme linked immunosorbent assay).The results showed that the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in young Panicle of WAV41A and KV41A ware less than that of V41B during the period when young Panicle developed, it was suggested that male bole related to the loss of endogenous hormone (esp.IAA); the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 in WAV41A was less than that of KVV41A, and the line of the two endogenous hormone in WAV41A was earlier than that of KVV41A;the contents of IAA and GA1+3+4+7 was higher.than that of KVV41A and V41 B; the Physiological metabolic of KVV41A was similar to that of V41B, it was suggested that there were significant difference in the metabolic of endogenous hormone between WAV41A and KVV41A.
