Abstract:
Different cultivars and seed-fruit reserving ways were investigated to improve seed yield and quality of eggplant. The results showed that the seed numbers per fruit produced by different fruiting layer was ranked as follows: the fifth, the fourth, the third and the second fruiting layer. Fruits on the second fruiting layer produced the best seed quality. The worst seed quality was in the fruits on the fifth fruiting layer.Fruits on the third and fourth fruiting layer produced intermediate seed quality. It could improve the seed quality of the third and fourth fruiting layer by controlling the reserving seed-fruit ways. The best way of reserving seed-fruit was 4 fruits on the third fruiting layer and 2 fruits on the fourth fruiting layer. In spite of all, the reserving seed-fruit was not higher than the fourth fruiting layer. Seed numbers per fruit was significantly difference among cultivars. It was important to select fruit with more seed as mother plant for seed production.

Abstract:
Pleurotus eryngii is a precious mushroom with tenderized stem and flavourous taste. However, there had been no report on its study and culture in. China. The morphological characteristics of Pleurotus eryngii and the effects of environmental factors such as temperature, humidity,pH,light and air on the mycelial growth and the fruiting of Pleurotus eryngii were studied in the paper. The results indicated that temperature was a key factor to influence the yield stability of Pleurotus eryngii when the mushroom was cultured in the natural conditions of. China; the optimum temperature for the development of the mushroom was 10~18℃, when the temperature was below 10℃ or higher than 18℃, the mushroom yield would be significantly affected.

Abstract:
Seventeen strains of Grifola frondosa were collected from. China and foreign countries. Indoor and outdoor experiments showed that,GF17 belonged to middle temperatural type, its fruitbodies formed and developed at 17~26℃,the optimum temperature was 21~22℃;early maturity, white colour, the average fresh weight of single fruitbody was 143.5g,bearing rate reached 95% or more;GF5 was mid-low temperatural type, grew and developed at 16~20℃,optimum was 18℃,middle maturity, black colour, fresh single fruitbody weighted 116.5 g,bearing rate was more than 90%.GF11 and. GF6 were low temperatural type, grew at 14~19℃,the optimum was 16℃,late maturity, grey colour, average fruitbody weights were 151.5 and 119.5 respectively, bearing rate reached 85% or more. The analysis results showed that various. GF strains differ in their amino acid contents. The illumination intensity was an important factor for the colour-forming and quality of fruitbodies.

Abstract:
Keza 1, a new variety of leguminous green manure crop, bred from interspecific cross of the cultivated soybean and an intermediate material of semi-wild soybean after radiation. For generations of linear selection,it had a developed root system, high nitrogen fixing capacity and evident superiority in main stem, branch and biomass The variety had long covering term (about 200 days) and cover thickness was over 35 cm per plant It semi-trailed, crept but not twined, and biomass yield of up ground part was 37501~52580 kg per hectare from full-bloom to fruiting period. It was a good leguminous green manure in young orchard area.

Abstract:
Ducklings were randomly assigned to four treatments and fed corn-soybean basal diets and diets supplemented with 50 mg/kg olaquindox, 5 mg/kg. Flavomycin, 80 mg/kg oxytetracycline + 50 mg/kg arsanilic acid, respectively. The results showed that, the weight gain was increased by 4.07%, 7.77%, 6.49% ( P 0.01) respectively and the economic benefit of gain was increased 3.17%, 29.76%, 12.68% respectively compared with the control. It was suggested that. Flavomycin could be used as an ideal feed additive for promoting growth of ducks.
