基于农艺性状和多糖含量的多花黄精种质资源评价

Polygonatum cyrtonema Germplasms Evaluation Based on Agronomic Traits and Polysaccharide

    目的 对多花黄精种质资源进行综合评价,以期筛选出优质种质,为多花黄精优良品种的选育提供理论依据。
    方法 以福建省南平市光泽县桃州基地的13份多花黄精种质资源为试验材料,对其株高、叶长和地上部鲜重等16个农艺性状进行测量,并结合多糖提取率进行相关性、主成分和聚类分析。
    结果 农艺性状分析结果表明,除分枝外,其他指标的变异系数均高于20%,13份黄精种质资源在株高、叶长和地上部鲜重等方面差异较大,有利于种质资源的比较和筛选。相关性分析结果表明,农艺性状指标间相关性较强,指标信息间存在重叠,适合采用主成分分析法提取少数指标对多花黄精种质资源进行综合评价。通过提取前6个主成分,特征值均大于1,同时累计方差贡献率达88.23%,包含了主要农艺性状的绝大部分信息。通过聚类分析将多花黄精种质资源分为2类,结合主成分分析与聚类分析对多花黄精种质资源农艺性状进行综合评价,筛选出长叶多花黄精CY-5为选育优良品种的推荐种质资源。
    结论 本研究筛选出一份优质的多花黄精种质资源——长叶多花黄精CY-5,为长叶多花黄精的育种提供参考。

     

    Abstract:
    Objective A comprehensive evaluation was conducted on Polygonatum cyrtonema germplasms to identify superior accessions for breeding.
    Method Sixteen agronomic traits, along with polysaccharide content, of P. cyrtonema collected at Taozhou Base in Guangze, Nanping City, Fujian Province were evaluated to determine breeding potentials of the germplasms using correlation, principal component, and cluster analyses.
    Result The coefficients of variation of all agronomic indexes, except branch count, were greater than 20%. Advantageously, the plant height, leaf length, and aboveground fresh weight of 13 germplasms differentiated significantly that eased cultivar selection. On the other hand, significant correlations and information overlap among the traits burred the borderlines that necessitated principal component analysis for clearcut comparison. By using top 6 principal components on the indexes with eigenvalues greater than 1 and 88.23% on cumulative variance contribution rate, it was found that most information on the main agronomic characteristics of the germplasms were covered. And by applying the cluster analysis, the collected P. cyrtonema germplasms could be distinctively categorized into two classes. By integrating principal component analysis and cluster analysis, a comprehensive evaluation on P. cyrtonema germplasm resources selected the long-leaf accession CY-5 as a recommended elite germplasm for breeding superior cultivars.
    Conclusion  A superior germplasm of P. cyrtonema, the long-leaf P. cyrtonema CY-5, was identified, which layed a theoretical foundation for breeding improved varieties of P. cyrtonema.
