Effect of the 2 different stage feeding on performance and carcass quality of growing-finishing pigs

  • 摘要: 研究三阶段肥育法和五阶段肥育法对商品肉猪生长性能和胴体品质的影响。结果表明,与传统三阶段肥育法相比,五阶段肥育法可使生长肥育猪增重4.53%,差异不显著(P0.05);料重比两者相近(2.96:2.97);日均采食量提高4.13%,差异不显著(P0.05);胴体品质无显著影响(P0.05);每公斤增重饲料成本减少0.66元。
    Abstract: Performance of two multi-stage feedings and their effect on the carcass characteristics on pigs for meat consumption were studied.The results showed that the average day gain in the test group increased 4.53%(P0.05)over the control.There was no significant difference on the feed conversion rate(i.e.,2.96 vs.2.97) between the two groups.The average daily feeding index in the test group was improved by 4.13%(P0.05)as compared to the control.There was no significant difference on carcass quality either(P0.05).However,the feed cost was reduced at the rate of 0.66 yuan per kilogram weight gain by using the 5-stage feeding method.
