Preliminary Study on Effects of Nitrogen Fertilization on Yield and Quality of Oolong Tea

  • 摘要: 不同氮素营养水平对茶树生长、茶叶产量和品质的影响试验结果表明:在施纯氮337.5 kg·hm-2(120% OptN)用氮量水平以下,茶叶芽头密度、鲜叶产量、枯枝落叶量、修剪枝叶量和生物产量均随着施氮量的增加而呈增多的趋势,即施纯氮337.5 kg·hm-2 (120% OptN处理)>281.25 kg·hm-2 (100% OptN处理)>168.75 kg·hm-2 (60% OptN处理)>70.35 kg·hm-2 (25% OptN处理)>CK(不施肥),但施氮量进一步提高到421.95 kg·hm-2 (150% OptN处理)后,则不升反降。茶叶感官品质表现为25% OptN>60% OptN>100% OptN>120% OptN>CK>150% OptN,但处理间的差异不大,总体品质有随着用氮量的增加而下降的趋势。
    Abstract: Effects of nitrogen fertilization on yield and quality of Oolong tea were studied at 6 application levels (i.e., CK, 25% Opt N, 60% Opt N, 100% Opt N, 120% Opt N, and 150% Opt N). The results indicated that, at nitrogen application less than 120% Opt N, the bud density, yield, forest floor, trim amount and biological yield all increased with increasing N. However, when the application was up to 150% Opt N, the effects became either insignificant or negative. The sensory evaluation indicated that the tea quality decreased with increasing N application, although the differences between the treatments were not significant.
