Study on the ways to Increase Recovery Rate in Amino Acid Analysis of Feedstuff

  • 摘要: 探讨了在饲料氨基酸分析中如何提高氨基酸回收率的问题。实验表明,水解前氧化样品能使含硫氨基酸(胱氨酸和蛋氨酸)的测值成倍增加,其回收率分别达到91.3%和91.7%,但却引起酪氨酸等少数氨基酸不同程度的损失。采取净化卤素和中止氧化措施后,基本克服上述缺陷。据此,制定出高回收率、简易可靠的饲料氨基酸分析的前处理技术方案。
    Abstract: How to increase the reco very rate of amino acids in feedstuff analy sis was discussed in this paper.The exper imental results showed that,the values of sulfur amino acids(cystine and methio nine)were incr eased by oxidizing samples before hydrolysis.The recovery rate reached 91.3%and 91.7%,respectively.However,this procedure caused loss of tyrosine and other amino acids.After purifying halogen and discontinue oxidation,the above shortcomings were over came. So a high recovery rate,simple and reliable technicue procedure of pretreatment in feedstuff amino acid analysis was developed.
