微生物发酵床大栏猪舍环境监控系统设计

Environmental Monitoring and Control System Design for Large-scale Piggery of Microbial Fermentation Bed

  • 摘要: 微生物发酵床大栏猪舍环境监控系统设计与实现, 解决了发酵床猪舍的环境自动控制问题。环境监控传感器设有温度、湿度、光照、风向、风速、CO2、NH3等控制系统, 实现在线实时数据采集, 通过专家系统的构建, 将猪舍温度控制在30℃以下, 空气湿度控制在65%以上, 垫料湿度控制在65%以上。不同季节、不同昼夜、不同风速, 采用的控制执行机构不同。执行机构包括了风机湿帘系统、照明系统、微喷系统、喷淋系统、轴流风机系统、电动铝合金窗帘系统、屋顶喷淋系统等, 各执行机构系统有机组合, 共同完成猪舍环境的控制。系统设计了远程视频监控界面、参数远程监控曲线界面和执行机构远程操作界面, 提供了良好的人机界面。

     

    Abstract: In order to automatically control the large-scale piggery environment with microbial fermentation bed, environmental monitoring and control system was designed and implemented.Environmental monitoring sensor, including temperature, humidity, light, wind direction, wind speed, CO2 content, NH3content, etc., could realize online real-time data collection;through expert system, the pigpen temperature was controlled below 30℃, humidity above 65%, and bed humidity above 65%.The control actuators varied as season, day or night, and wind speed, which included the wet curtain fan system, lighting system, micro injection system, spray irrigation system, axial flow fan system, electric aluminum alloy curtain system, roof spray irrigation system, etc.All actuator systems were combined cooperatively to control piggery environment.The control system was also equipped with remote video monitor interface, parameter remote monitoring curve interface, and remote operation interface, which provided the workers with good man-machine interface.
