基于Android平台的武夷山生态与生物多样性野外数据采集系统

A Data Collection System for Ecology and Biodiversity Investigation of Wuyi Mountain base on Android

  • 摘要: 为准确、快速地获取武夷山生态与生物多样性野外调查数据,通过分析武夷山生态与生物多样性野外调查数据采集工作流程,制定数据采集规范,研制基于Android平台的武夷山生态与生物多样性野外数据采集系统。调查人员手持移动智能终端进行野外实地信息采集,通过无线网络将外业系统采集的数据传给内业系统分析处理。外业系统负责调查点位置信息自动获取、生境信息记载、图像采集、声音采集等操作;内业系统负责实时接收调查结果,经分析处理后打印输出或导出EXCEL存档。该系统将移动智能终端采集取代传统的纸笔记录,简化野外考察的流程,提高了生态与生物多样性调查的数据质量,为武夷山生物多样性野外考察提供便携的数据采集工具。

     

    Abstract: The authors of the paper developed a data collection system for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain base on android,to collect data conveniently and accurately.The study was to analyze field survey data collection workflow for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain,developed a data collection standards.Investigator could gather ecology and biodiversity information by mobile intelligent terminal,which transmits data from field system to interior system via wireless.The field system provided some of information collecting function,such as the survey point GPS,habitat,photo,sound,etc.The interior system could receive the survey results,and printed reports or save excel files after analysis and processing.The collection system will replace the traditional pen and paper records,simplify the process of field survey,improve the ecology and biodiversity survey data quality,provide portable data collection tool for ecology and biodiversity investigation of Wuyi Mountain.
