Abstract: Uniform design was used to analyze the cultivation of the high yield, hybrid rice, Guyoumingzhan, based on three factors:seedling age (X1) , planting density (X2) and quantity of nitrogen (X3) .The regression models for the three factors affecting the rice yield were established.The experimental results revealed that the three factors exerted significant influences on the yield, After a simulated screening and optimization by computer, seedling age in the range of 25.4-29.7dfor transplanting at the density of 301 000-332 000hills·hm-2 with a nitrogen application of 183.8-210.0kg·hm-2 was recommended for the cultivation on yield≥8 250kg·hm-2.
