不同芦笋品种苗期对茎枯病的抗性鉴定及其农艺性状观察

Resistance Identification of Different Asparagus Varieties to Stem Blight Disease and Comparison of Their Agronomic Traits

摘要: 为筛选具有抗茎枯病、品质优的芦笋品种,采用苗期抗病性测定法对9个芦笋品种进行抗茎枯病测定,并对芦笋苗期农艺性状进行观察。采用人工接菌法进行苗期抗茎枯病性鉴定,结果表明,新王朝F1、京绿芦1号和SD 09-6较抗茎枯病。通过对9个芦笋品种苗期农艺性状观察,结果表明,新王朝F1、达宝利F1、绿塔、UC157F2的发芽率较高,在85.33%以上;新王朝F1、京绿芦1号、TC、SD 09-6和UC157F2的农艺性状较优。

Abstract: To screen asparagus varieties which have resistance to stem blight and good agronomic traits in seedling period,nine asparagus varieties were tested.Our results showed that Xinwangchao F1,Jinglvlu No.1 and SD 09-6 are resistant to stem blight disease,and the germination rate of Xinwangchao F1,De Paoli F1,Green Tower and UC157 F2 are higher and reach 85.33%.Meanwhile,the agronomic characters of Xinwangchao F1,Jinglvlu No.1,TC,SD 09-6 and UC157 F2 were the best.
