Abstract

Abstract

Keza 1, a new variety of leguminous green manure crop,bred from interspecific cross of the cultivated soybean and an intermediate material of semi-wild soybean after radiation.For generations of linear selection,it had a developed root system, high nitrogen fixing capacity and evident superiority in main stem, branch and biomass The variety had long covering term (about 200 days) and cover thickness was over 35 cm per plant It semi-trailed, crept but not twined,and biomass yield of up ground part was 37501～52580 kg per hectare from full-bloom to fruiting period.It was a good leguminous green manure in young orchard area.
