In this paper,the effects of different carbon sources and 6-BA concentration on adventitious buds growth and polysaccharide accumulation in P.cyrtonema Hua were studied.Resultsindicated that,sucrose was more suitable for the adventitious buds formation than glucose and maltose.High concentration of 6-BA inhibited the adventitious buds growth and polysaccharide accumulation,and the suitable concentration should be controlled below 1.0 mg·L-1.With the increase of sucrose concentration,dry-weight rate and polysaccharide contention were also increase.Combined with the growth rate,the most suitable sucrose concentration for P.cyrtonema Hua growth was 80g·L-1.
