  • To screen new Auricularia auricula-judae varieties with high-yield and high-quality agronomic characters in Fujian, 14 newA.auricula-judae varieties were introduced from Jilin, Heilongjiang, Hubei, etc.In the present study, ‘Au139'was used as control, which had been cultivted in Fujian province.In the end, the activity of mycelium (growth and speed) , comprehensive evaluation of ear base, fruiting body formation of agronomic traits, yield of dry ear, foaming rate and biological efficiency were compared and judged.Our results suggested that'916isolation', 'Xue Mei Heiwan'and'Xue Mei 1'had high-yield, high-quality and strong-resistance agronomic characters and they were suitable for cultivating in Fujian.
