Enrichment Regularity and Risk Assessment of Heavg Metal in Aquatic Products

  • Since the aquatic organisms tend to absorb and accumulate heavy metals, polluted water significantly affects the safety of seafood consumption.This study aimed to determine the heavy metal accumulation characteristics in fish, shrimp, shellfish and algae, as well as conduct a risk assessment for them as a food source.Thereby, it might help in safeguarding the public, controlling the quality, enhancing consumer education, and promoting industrial development of the aquatic products.
