Under the low temperature stress,12sweet pepper varieties were comprehensively evaluated using subordinate function method combined with correlation analyses based on the relative electric conductivity,MDA content,and proline content.The results showed that,with the temperature decreasing,the relative electric conductivity,the content of MDA,and the content of proline in sweet pepper leaf were increasing.Different sweet pepper varieties had different responses to continuous cold stress.Among them,'Zhongjiao No.4','Duofu',' Zhongjiao No.8','Zhongjiao No.105'were high cold tolerance,'Jinghuaxing'and'Guanjunjiaowang'were low cold tolerance,the other 6varieties were moderate cold tolerance.
