In this paper,response surface methodology was applied to optimize resin decoloration technology of Sparassis crispapolysaccharide by type HZ-830.On the basis of single factor test,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable(decolorization rate)and independent variables(decoloration temperature,pH,decoloration time).The results showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions of Sparassis crispapolysaccharide by resin HZ-830 were as follows:decolorizing temperature 41℃,pH8,decolorizing time 3.5h.Under this condition,the decolorizing rate could reach 87.73%.
