Pathogen of Bacterial Soft Rot on Paris polyphylla Smith var. chinensis (Franch.) Hara in Fujian

  • 摘要:   目的   调查七叶一枝花软腐病的发病特点及危害,分离和鉴定七叶一枝花软腐病的病原菌,以期明确七叶一枝花软腐病的病原菌,为该病的大田防治提供依据。   方法   通过对七叶一枝花软腐病进行田间病害调查和采样,以及对采集来的七叶一枝花样品进行病原菌分离纯化、形态特征鉴定、16S rDNA基因序列特征及致病性测定,综合分析鉴定七叶一枝花软腐病的病原菌。   结果   七叶一枝花软腐病的田间病害调查结果表明从每年2月植株出苗开始,七叶一枝花叶片、茎秆和块茎均有软腐病发生,常发于通气不良、田里积水环境。叶片发病由初期受害部位的水浸状的坏死有刺激性气味产生,而后感病部位内部组织被分解为液体状态,直至软腐。对发病植株上分离出的菌株进行形态学、分子生物学特征和致病性测定,将七叶一枝花软腐病病原菌鉴定为胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌Pectobacterium carowvorum   结论   七叶一枝花在通气不良、排水不畅的环境中易感软腐病,胡萝卜软腐果胶杆菌P. carowvorum是七叶一枝花软腐病的病原菌。
