Effect of Seasonal Estrus Synchronization on Reproductive Performance of Fuqing Goats

  • 摘要:   目的  为提高舍饲福清山羊的繁殖效率,研究季节性同期发情处理对舍饲福清山羊繁殖性能的影响。  方法  采用PRID+PMSG+PGF法分别在春、秋季节对舍饲福清山羊进行同期发情处理,观察处理山羊的发情情况,并比较分析同期发情处理与自然发情处理山羊的繁殖效率。  结果  舍饲福清山羊季节性同期发情处理的平均发情率为96.88%,平均受胎率为93.75%。在试验周期内,自然发情配种(对照组)的产羔总胎次低于季节性同期发情处理组(试验组);对照组的胎产羔数和羔羊初生重均高于试验组(P > 0.05),但断奶活羔羊数却低于试验组(P > 0.05);试验组母羊产羔间隔极显著低于对照组(P < 0.01),其年产胎次高达1.87胎,年供活羔数3.12只,比对照组提高了36.8%。  结论  研究初步证实利用季节性发情调控进行舍饲福清山羊的繁育生产,能提高羊群繁殖效率,具有一定的生产利用价值。
