Effect of Arthropod Community Structure In Transgenic Hybrid Poplar 741

摘要: 运用群落的组成结构、时间结构和营养结构3个方面,系统阐述分析转基因741杨对节肢动物群落结构的影响。研究表明,组成结构上,高抗Pb29和CK节肢动物群落主要组成类群均是鞘翅目、鳞翅目、同翅目、蜘蛛目、膜翅目;营养结构中,与CK相比高抗Pb29节肢动物群落中顶位物种中寄生性天敌数量下降其他则无显著变化,中位物种比例上升,基位物种个体数量下降,主要为食叶害虫中目标害虫的减少,功能团组成类似;时间结构中,高抗Pb29和CK节肢动物群落的物种丰富度和个体数量变化相似;功能团和各个营养层的物种数和个体数均表现出了相近的变化规律。Abstract: The arthropod community of transgenic 741 poplar was analyzed from three aspects of community structure, temporal structure and nutritional structure.The results show that:on compositive structure,main compositive groups of the community structure were Coleoptera、LepidopteraAraneae,Homoptera and Hymenoptera in Pb29 and CK; On nutrition strcture, function groups on every nutrition level were similar between Pb29 and CK,but in Pb29 leaf-eating pest on bascal species largely decreased,the rate of intermediate species increase,top species have no obviously changing;on temporal structure, numbers of individual and species of Lepidoptera in Pb29 and CK has similarly changing tendency,function groups and every nutritionalasses with individual numbers and species,there have similarly changing tendency.
