Diversity of Endophytic Fungi in Leaves of Dendrobium candidum

  • 摘要: 为检测铁皮石斛内生真菌种类,采用高通量测序技术测定铁皮石斛内生真菌的ITS2区序列,用Qiime和Mothur等软件整理和统计样品序列数目和操作分类单元(OTUs)数量,分析物种的丰度和Alpha多样性。获得的有效序列和OTU数为41361/33;稀疏曲线表明测序深度充分,OTU的数量接近于饱和。铁皮石斛内生真菌主要分布于裸胞壳属Emericella,构巢裸壳孢菌Emericella nidulans是铁皮石斛内生真菌的优势种群。
