芽胞杆菌来源尼日利亚菌素的检测与分析

Analysis on Nigericin from Brevibacillus choshinensis FJAT-10008

  • 摘要: 对千叶短芽胞杆菌Brevibacillus choshinensis FJAT-10008中尼日利亚菌素成分进行分析与检测。采用高效液相四级杆飞行时间质谱分析千叶短芽胞杆菌B.choshinensis FJAT-10008发酵液中胞外代谢物的成分。利用MassHunter软件,对原始数据进行分子特征提取,通过Metlin代谢物质谱数据库检索比对获得代谢物的信息。在千叶短芽胞杆菌B.choshinensis FJAT-10008发酵液中检测到1 246种代谢物,通过Metlin谱库搜索获得初步鉴定的有206种。其中,发现了具有生物活性的物质尼日利亚菌素Nigericin,其匹配得分达到92.12,占发酵液总代谢物相对含量的1.45%,保留时间为28.701 7min,精确质量数为724.467 9。尼日利亚菌素的发现为千叶短芽胞杆菌来源的多醚类抗生素的开发与利用提供理论依据。
