Effect of Growth Regulators on Quality and Shelf Life of 'Summer Black' Grapes

摘要: 以3年生‘夏黑’葡萄为试材,分别用‘奇宝’、赤霉素、吡效隆、苞果‘909’处理花穗,研究其对‘夏黑’葡萄外观、内在品质及耐贮性的影响。试验结果表明:盛花时‘奇宝’25mg·L-1第1次浸蘸花穗、12d后用50mg·L-1第2次浸蘸的处理以及2次均使用苞果‘909’500倍处理表现较好,均能显著增加穗重与粒重,增大果粒纵横径,增加果梗粗度,并且显著增加果实可溶性固形物含量及糖酸比,着色良好。但从成本角度,‘奇宝’2次处理比苞果‘909’2次处理更具优势。Abstract: Triennial‘Summer Black'grape was used in this study to discuss the effects of various growth regulators,such as Qibao,GA3,CPPU and Baoguo 909,on the appearance,quality and shelf life of the grapes.Among the regulators,Qibao and Baoguo 909 showed better results in weight gains of clusters and berries,and significant increases in soluble solids and sugar-acid ratio,as well as the diameter of stems and berries.However,considering the cost,Qibao was better than Baoguo 909.
