Effect of Cross-pollination with Murcott on Fruit Quality of Fuju Oranges

摘要: 为了提高福橘的果实品质,利用茂谷橘橙对福橘进行异花授粉,研究花粉直感作用对福橘的外观品质和内在品质的影响。结果表明,授粉后的福橘果实单果重增加、果皮变薄、种子数减少;果肉酸度下降,而可溶性固形物和总糖含量提升,其中果糖比例明显增加,果肉中氨基酸总量及其甜味氨基酸含量增加,果肉中的维生素C和类胡萝卜素含量基本保持原有水平。茂谷橘橙对福橘异花授粉,存在着明显的花粉直感现象,可显著提升福橘品质。Abstract: To improve the fruit quality of Fuju oranges,Murcott variety was used as the pollen donator for the crosspollination experiment.The metaxenia effect on the external and internal qualities of the resulting fruits were examined.An increase on the single fruit weight and reductions on seed number and peel thickness of the new Fuju oranges were found.The acid content of the fruit flesh was lower,while the total soluble solids and sugars were higher than control.The ratio of fructose/total sugars increased significantly,and the total and the sweet amino acids also increased,while vitamin C and carotenoids remained largely unchanged.The cross-pollination between Murcott and Fuju appeared to produce a significantly desirable metaxenia effect on the oranges.
