Effect of Bagging on Storage Quality of ‘Huangjinmiyou' Pomelo

摘要: 以‘黄金蜜柚’为试材, 研究套袋对柚果贮藏品质的影响。结果表明:贮藏期 (90d) 内, 套袋果不易失重, 贮藏好果率可达94%96%, 高出对照68个百分点, 果实木质化程度轻于对照;套袋果的可溶性固形物、总糖含量前期低于对照果, 中后期则高于对照果;贮藏中期, ‘黄金蜜柚’可滴定酸含量升高, 出现“返酸”现象, 套袋果贮藏60d后可滴定酸含量超过对照, 说明套袋果较耐贮藏;套袋果的Vc含量高于对照。因此, 生产上应推广套袋技术特别是套双层柚果专用纸袋, 以提高其采后贮藏性能。Abstract: ‘Huangjinmiyou'pomelo was used to study the effects of bagging on storage quality.The results showed that, bagging for 90 ddecrease water losing, and increase the rate of intact fruit to 94%96%, which is 6%8%higher than unbagged, and decrease fruit lignification degree.At the early stage of storage, soluble solid content and total sugar content of bagged fruits are lower compared with the control, but opposite at the later stage of storage.At the middle stage of storage, titratable acid increased and exceeded that of control after 60-day storage, suggesting that bagged fruits are resistant to storage.The content of vitamin C also increased.Therefore, bagging technology is encouraged to apply in the production to improve the postharvest storage performance.
