Determination of the Active Ingredients inTebuconazole and Prochloraz 50% Micro-emulsion by High Performance Liquid Chromatography

摘要: 建立了在同一色谱条件下测定混剂中戊唑醇和咪鲜胺含量的方法。试样用甲醇溶解,以甲醇∶乙腈∶水(体积比35∶30∶35)为流动相,流速1.0mL·min-1,使用XTerra RP-18柱和二极管阵列检测器(220nm),对50%戊唑·咪鲜胺微乳剂(30%戊唑醇+20%咪鲜胺)中的戊唑醇和咪鲜胺进行反相高效液相色谱分离和测定,外标法定量。结果表明:戊唑醇在101.01~1 010.08mg·L-1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.999 9,相对标准偏差为0.19%,平均加标回收率为101.14%;咪鲜胺在99.06~990.85mg·L-1质量浓度范围呈线性响应,相关系数为0.999 8,相对标准偏差为0.13%,平均加标回收率为101.22%。该方法简便、快速、分离效果好,可用于产品的质量控制和检测分析。Abstract: The determination method of the active ingredients in tebuconazole and prochloraz 50% micro-emulsion(ME)was established by High Performance Liquid Chromatography(HPLC).Samples were dissolved by methanol and then determined by the reversed phase HPLC.The HPLC conditions were methanol-acetonitrile-water(35∶ 30∶35,by vol)as mobile phase,flow-rate was 1.0 mL·min-1,XTerra RP-18column,Photodiode Array(PDA)detector and detection wave length at 220nm.The external standard method was employed for quantitative analysis.The results showed that the linear relationship between the peak area and concentration was in the range of 101.01to 1 010.08mg·L-1(r=0.999 9)for tebuconazole,and 99.06to 990.85mg·L-1(r=0.999 8)for prochloraz,respectively.Meanwhile,the RSD were 0.19% and 0.13%,and the average recoveries were 101.14 and 101.22%.Our results suggested that the method with simple,rapid and good separating effect,can be used for the quality control and detection of products.
