Optimization of Microwave Extraction of Polysaccharides fromClitocybe maxima Stem

摘要: 采用微波辅助法提取大杯蕈菇柄多糖。通过考察料液比、微波提取时间以及微波功率3个因素,设计正交试验,得出微波辅助提取大杯蕈菇柄多糖的优化工艺条件为:料液比1∶25、微波时间8min、微波功率540W,影响提取效果的因素效应主次顺序为微波功率>料液比>微波时间。与传统热水浸提方法相比较,微波辅助法的大杯蕈菇柄多糖提取率和纯度分别提高了57.7%和30.8%。微波辅助法提取可以显著提高大杯蕈菇柄多糖提取效率。Abstract: Microwave was applied for the extraction of polysaccharides from the stems of Clitocybe maxima.The parameters studied in the single-factor orthogonal experiment included material to liquid ratio,extraction time,and microwave power.The optimum conditions obtained were:the material to liquid ratio,1∶25;extract duration, 8min;and,microwave power,540W.Among them,microwave power exerted the greatest effect,while extraction time the least,on the polysaccharide extraction rate.Compared to the conventional hot water extraction,the new method had a 57.7% higher yield and 30.8% more polysaccharides.
