Photosynthetic Characteristics of in Leaves of Potato Cariety Quan-yun No.3 and Quan Yin No.1

摘要: 通过对马铃薯品种泉云3号和泉引1号叶片光合特性比较研究,结果表明:泉云3号的SPAD值高于泉引1号,其最大净光合速率、光饱和点和补偿点等光合参数均高于泉引1号,泉引1号的表观量子效率高于泉云3号,泉云3号光合速率(Pn)日变化曲线呈单峰型,泉引1号Pn日变化曲线呈双峰型,泉云3号的Pn日变化曲线与气孔导度(Gs)日变化曲线相似,气孔导度的变化在Pn的变化过程中起主要作用。Abstract: Related characteristics with photosynthesis were measured using leaves of potato variety Quan-yun No.3 and Quan Yin No.1 SPAD value of variety Quan-yun No.3 were higher than those of Quan Yin No.1.Photosynthetic parameters such as Pn,LSP and LCP in leaves of Quan-yun No.3were higher than those of Quan Yin No.1.AQY of of Quan Yin No.1are higher than those of Quan-yun No.3.Daily change curve of Pn in leaves of Quan-yun No.3showed a single peak and Pn cited bimodal curve of Quan Yin No.1may be related to species characteristics.Daily change curve of Pn were similar to that of Gs in leaves of Quan-yun No.3.It showed that Gs played a major role in the change course of Pn.
