Optimization of Resin Decoloration Technology of Sparassis crispaPolysaccharide Using Response Surface Methodology

摘要: 利用弱酸性离子树脂HZ-830对绣球菌多糖进行脱色,通过Box-Benhnken中心组合试验和响应面分析法,在前期单因素试验基础上,以脱色温度、脱色pH和脱色时间为自变量,脱色率为响应值,将HZ-830树脂对绣球菌多糖的脱色工艺进行优化。优化后确定的最佳脱色工艺条件为:脱色温度(A)=41℃,pH(B)=8,脱色时间(C)=3.5h,平均脱色率为87.73%。Abstract: In this paper,response surface methodology was applied to optimize resin decoloration technology of Sparassis crispapolysaccharide by type HZ-830.On the basis of single factor test,the mathematical regression model was established about the dependent variable(decolorization rate)and independent variables(decoloration temperature,pH,decoloration time).The results showed that the optimum decolorizing conditions of Sparassis crispapolysaccharide by resin HZ-830 were as follows:decolorizing temperature 41℃,pH8,decolorizing time 3.5h.Under this condition,the decolorizing rate could reach 87.73%.
