The Study of Neutralization Antibody Evaluation against Muscovy Duck Reovirusis Alive Vaccine in Muscovy Ducklings

摘要: 为明确番鸭呼肠孤病毒弱毒疫苗在番鸭体内中和抗体消长规律,采用固定病毒稀释血清法,测定了经弱毒疫苗免疫后的雏番鸭不同时间其血清中和抗体效价。结果显示:疫苗注射1日龄雏番鸭,免疫后28d部分鸭血清中出现抗体,35d全部鸭血清中出现抗体;6个月抗体效价达高峰,有效免疫期在18个月以上。表明番鸭呼肠孤病毒弱毒疫苗诱导的中和抗体产生期较晚,但持续期长。

Abstract: To determine antibody response in the serum of muscovy ducks immunized with muscovy duck reovirusis(MDRV)alive vaccine,the fluctuation of antibody titers was detected in the serum by fixed virus-serum dilutions method.The results showed that some muscovy ducks turned positive on antibody against MDRV after vaccination in 28th day,while all of them appeared to be MDRV-antibody positive within 35days;the peak titer of the antibody showed at the 6th month after vaccination,and the period of effective immunization could last over 18months.The results told that there was a long delay between MDRV vaccination and antibody origin,while the duration of antibody production was relatively long,which provided scientific basis for immune procedure development.
