Effects of the Dietary Protein Levels on the Growth and Feed Utilization of Juvenile Lateolabrax japonicas

摘要: 为探讨饲料中不同蛋白质水平对花鲈幼鱼生长性能和饲料利用率的影响, 试验采用白鱼粉为主要蛋白源, 配制蛋白质水平分别为35.0%、37.5%、40.0%、42.5%、45.0%的5种饲料, 对平均初始体重为 (84.81±0.92) g的花鲈幼鱼进行为期75d的饲养试验, 以确定花鲈幼鱼饲料中蛋白质的适宜水平。结果表明:蛋白质含量为39.85%组的花鲈相对增重率、特定生长率、肥满度、饲料转化率、蛋白质效率最高, 其相对增重率、特定生长率、饲料转化率极显著高于34.76%组和37.54%组 (P<0.01) , 与42.34%组差异不显著 (P>0.05) ;其蛋白质效率显著高于34.76%、42.34%和45.03%组 (P<0.05) , 而与37.54%组差异不显著 (P>0.05) 。在本试验条件下, 以特定生长率、蛋白质效率为指标, 通过回归分析得出, 蛋白质含量为38.87%41.50%时, 花鲈幼鱼的生长性能和饲料利用率最好。Abstract: To investigate the effect of the diet protein level on growth and feed utilization of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus, five isoenergetic experimental diets containing 35.0%, 37.5%, 40.0%, 42.5% and 45.0% protein were made up respectively, whose protein source was fish meal.Juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus with initial average weight of (84.81±0.92) g took the feeding experiments for 75days for determination of the best protein level.The results showed that the relative weight gain rate, specific growth rate and feed conversion rate of the group of 39.85% were much higher than those of 34.76% and 37.54% groups (P<0.01) , but not significantly different from the 42.34% group (P>0.05) .Protein efficiency rate of the 39.85%group was also higher than those of the 34.76%, 42.34% and 45.03% groups (P<0.05) , while comparing with the 37.54% group, no significant difference was found (P>0.05) .In this experiment, based on quadratic model regression analysis of the specific growth rate and protein efficiency rate, growth index and feed utilization rate of Lateolabrax japonicus were best while the protein content of juvenile Lateolabrax japonicus feed was 38.87%-41.50%.
