Functional Components in Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX Determined by GC/MSD

摘要: 从保鲜功能微生物短短芽胞杆菌FJAT-0809-GLX(Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX)乙醇提取物功能成分中共鉴定出24种化合物,其中12种为匹配度在90%以上的高匹配度成分,相对含量较高的2种成分,分别为羟苯乙酯(24.28%)和邻苯二甲酸单(2-乙基己基)酯(19.78%),这2种物质成分相对含量总和占所有成分的44.06%,很有可能是其主要活性成分。保鲜功能微生物功能成分对大肠杆菌K88具有一定的抑菌效果,其中,羟苯乙酯的抑菌圈直径为17.81mm。同时对龙眼果皮过氧化物酶活性也具有一定的抑制效果。保鲜功能微生物功能成分按其功能可以划分为以下2种类型,一种为具有防腐杀菌(或抑菌)作用的物质,另一种为挥发性或者芳香类物质。Abstract: Functional components in the ethanol extraction of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX were determined by means of GC/MSD.Twenty four compounds were identified.Among them,12 displayed over 90% match with their respective standards.The relative contents of ethylparaben and 1,2-benzenedicarboxylic acid,mono(2-ethylhexyl)ester were 24.28% and 19.78%,respectively.Their total contents were significantly higher than that of other substances other substances found in the analysis.These two compounds were speculated to be associated with the antibacterial activity of Brevibacillus brevis FJAT-0809-GLX.The ethanol extraction of B.brevis FJAT-0809-GLX had an inhibitory effect on Escherichia coli K88,among them,the inhibition zone diameter of ethylparaben was 17.81 mm.It was also found to inhibit the activity of peroxidase(POD).According to their functions,the identified substances were classified as either antibacterial or volatile flavor compounds.
