Effect of Difenoconazole on Scab Diseases and Agronomic Characteristics of Peanuts

摘要: 在花生产区病田中,喷施苯醚甲环唑防治花生疮痂病,通过不同喷药次数、不同药剂浓度的对比试验,研究其对花生疮痂病防治效果及对花生农艺性状的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,喷2次的防治效果最好,达到79.85%,比喷1次的防治效果高14.66%;不同浓度的防治效果均显著高于对照。不同次数、不同浓度处理后,花生疮痂病的病情指数与花生的主要农艺性状均呈负相关。综合考虑,10%苯醚甲环唑可湿性粉剂750~1000倍液于花生疮痂病发生初期进行喷施防治,效果较好,可有效控制病害并有增产作用。Abstract: In an area,where peanuts were infected by the scab disease,Sphaceloma arachidis,difenoconazole was sprayed to determine its effect on the disease control and agronomic characteristics of the plants.Number of applications and concentrations of the pesticide were varied for the experimentation.The results showed that,in comparison with the control,spraying twice yielded 79.85% effectiveness,which was 14.66% better than single applications.All difenoconazole treatments at different concentrations produced negative effects on the disease index,as well as the major agronomic characteristics of the peanuts.It was concluded that spraying a 10% difenoconazole WP(750 to 1 000 times) solution on the plants at the early stage of the infection could effectively control the scab diseases resulting in an improved yield.
