Biological Compatibility of Six Pesticides with Beauveria bassiana in Tea Plantations

摘要: 探讨6种茶园常用农药对球孢白僵菌871的孢子萌发和菌丝生长的影响。研究表明,在茶园常用浓度下,杀菌剂多菌灵和代森锰锌对球孢白僵菌871的孢子萌发和菌丝生长抑制力较强;植物源杀虫剂清源保和藜芦碱与球孢白僵菌871相容性较差;化学杀虫剂联苯菊酯与球孢白僵菌871的相容性较好,对其孢子萌发和菌丝生长无显著抑制作用,而吡虫啉则对其孢子萌发有影响。在1/10田间常用浓度下,除藜芦碱外,其他3种杀虫剂,均与白僵菌871有较好的相容性。Abstract: Effects of six pesticides commonly used in tea plantations on the spore germination and hyphae growth of Beauveria bassiana were studied.The results showed that the two chemical insecticides(imidacloprid and Bifenthrin) have the best inhibitory effects on the development of B.bassiana,and followed by the two fungicides(carbendazim and mancozeb) and the two botanical insecticides(qingyuanbao and veratrine) used at commonly concentration.However,Bifenthrin had no siginficant negative impact on the development of B.bassiana.However,compatibility of B.bassiana with insecticides with one tenth of the commonly used concentration was good,except for veratrine.
