Effects of different storage humidity on the quality of vegetable seedlings

摘要: 通过不同贮运湿度(50%、70%、90%)对番茄秧苗产后主要质量指标影响的研究结果表明,到9 d。根系活力分别下降了87.68%、68.93%、72.93%,叶绿素分别下降了69.39%、58.71%、66.65%。70%下贮运的秧苗较其他贮运湿度的秧苗,根系活力和叶绿素含量两项生理指标下降较小,地上地下部分生长平衡,定植后的心叶生长速度表现较快,质量得到较好的保持。Abstract: The effect of different store and transport humidity (50%, 70%, 90%) on the main quality index of tomato seedlings during store and transport was studied. The results showed that activity of root system decreased by 87.68%, 68.93% and 72.93% respectively; Chlorophyll content decreased by 69.39%, 58.71% and 66.65% respectively on the 9th day. The decrease of activity of root system and chlorophyll content in 70% humidity were relatively little, and after field planting, heart leave grew faster, seedlings quality was the better.
