Effect of nitrogen fertilizer structure on the economic yield and quality of lettuce

摘要: 采用(3,3)单形重心饱和设计,在施氮(N)总量为94 kg·hm-2条件下,设置茎用莴苣氮肥分期施用田间试验,建成茎用莴苣氮肥分期施用比例的效应函数。通过频率分析寻优,获得较佳施氮分配比例为Z1=0.402、Z2=0.328、Z3=0.270,即基肥重(40%)、前追足(33%)、后追适(27%)的分期施氮结构,其对应的分期施肥量为Z’1=37.79 kg·hm2、Z’2=30.83 kg·hm-2、Z’3=25.38 kg·hm-2,期望较高经济产量为45.340 t·hm-2。试验结果也表明,不同氮肥施用期对茎用莴苣可溶性固形物、还原糖、可滴定酸度和亚硝酸盐含量的影响不明显,但对总糖、维生素C和硝酸盐含量的影响较大。Abstract: The effect function of N application ratio during different growing periods of lettuce (Var. asparagina Bailey) was studied by the field experiments with {3,3} saturated design of single shape focus check. The results showed that better ratio of N application as basal dressing, early and late topdressing for higher expecting economical yield of 45.340 t·hm-2 were Z1 = 0.402, Z2 = 0.328, Z3 = 0.270, and the N rates were Z’1= 37.79 kg·hm-2, Z’2 = 30.83 kg·hm-2, Z’3 = 25. 38 kg·hm-2, respectively. Different nitrogenous fertilizer structure had no significant effect on soluble solids, reduced sugar, titratable acidity and nitrite content of lettuce, but had significant effect on total sugar, vitamin C and nitrate content.
