Biological characteristics of pathogen of Chinese water chestnut wilt and prevention and control by fungicides

摘要: 荸荠枯萎病由尖孢镰刀菌(Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. eleocharidis)为害所致;病原菌生长和产孢温度范围10~35℃、适宜温度为25~30℃,pH范围在2~12、适宜pH为6.0~8.5;田间小区试验结果表明,施保克和荸荠秆枯净对该病的防效分别为73.17%和60.49%.Abstract: The pathogen of Chinese water chestnut wilt was Fusarium oxysporum f.sp. eleocharidis.The range of temperature for colony growth and conidial production was 10-35℃,the optimum was 25-30℃. The range of pH was 2-12, the optimum of pH was 6.0-8.5.The control experiments showed that Sporkle and Gankujing had better effect on controlling this disease and the control effect was 73.17% and 60.49% in the field.
