Rapid determination of nitrate content in vegetables by UV-spectrophotometric method

摘要: 以市场上购买的5种蔬菜为材料,采用加入硼砂,沸水浴提取,提取液用活性炭过滤后直接利用双波长紫外分光光度法测定待测液中的硝酸盐含量。结果显示,5种蔬菜用该方法测定的结果与国标法测定结果无显著差异。RSD为0.46%-0.97%;其中春菜和菜心硝酸盐的回收率分别为105%和102%。该方法可适用于大批量蔬菜样品中硝酸盐含量的快速测定。Abstract: Five kinds of vegetables from market were used as test materials.Borax and boiling water were adopted to make extract.After filtration by active carbon, the nitrate content in the fluid was directly determined by dual-wavelength UV-spectrophotometric method.The recovery was 102%-105% with RSD of 0.46%-0.97%.There was no significant difference compared with the GB method.The method has been applied to the rapid determination of nitrate content in large batch of vegetables.
