RAPD analysis of genetic diversity on balsam pear materials (Momordica charantia L. )

摘要: 利用12个随机引物对24份苦瓜材料进行RAPD分析,共扩增出的79条谱带,有56条为多态性带,比例为70.89%;聚类分析结果,在遗传距离为0.343时,供试的24份苦瓜材料可聚成三大类群。

Abstract: The genetic diversity among 24 balsam pear materials from different areas was analyzed by RAPD.79 bands were detected with 12 RAPD primers,and 56 bands (70.79%) were polymorphic.The 24 accesions could be clustered into three groups based on cluster analysis when the genetic distance was 0.343.
