Research on the design of vertical fine pulverizers of WFL series

摘要: WFL型立式微粉碎机系列产品,围绕降低能耗、温升,提高生产率和延长使用寿命等问题,采用立轴式、机内离心分级调节细度,冷气穿透物料层降低料温,智能喂料控制负荷率,可换性耐磨材料延长寿命,以及增设消声器、改用脉冲除尘等措施,使产品性能不断提高。以WFL-100型(75 kW)微粉碎机集成的鳗鲡配合饲料生产线,粉碎智利红鱼粉时纯生产率2110kg·h-1,吨料电耗38.8kW·h-1,成品细度99.2%通过80目标准筛,粉料温升9.4℃,工作区粉尘浓度4.03mg·m-3。为水产饲料和相关产业技术进步提供了优质、高效、节能的微粉碎加工设备。Abstract: In order to reduce energy consumption and temperature raise, promote productivity and prolong service life, the vertical fine pulverizers of WFL series adopt a vertical design with internal centrifugation grading system.The passing cold air cools the material and the intelligent feeding controls the load.In addition to the renewable wear parts that prolong their service life, the measures of adding muffler, pulse dust separation and others also improved the product performance.The technical data of eel compound feed line adopted model WFL-100 fine pulverizer (75 kW) as principal machine in pulverizing Chilean red fish powder are as follow: net capacity 2110 kg·h-1, power consumption 38.8 kW·h-1, 99.2% of final product passing through 80# standard mesh, material temperature rise 9.4℃ , dust concentration 4.03 mg·m-3 in operation area the project had provided a high quality, efficient and energy-saving equipment for processing fine powder to aquatic feeds and relative industrial technical progress.
