Determination of trace arsenic in aquatic feed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry

摘要: 探讨氢化物发生-原子荧光光谱法测定水产饲料中痕量砷的方法,此法的检出限为0.01 mg·kg-1,相对标准偏差为2.9%,线性范围为0-100 μg·L-1,相关系数为0.999 9.回收率90.5%-104.0%。Abstract: The determination of trace arsenic in aquatic feed by hydride generation-atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS) was studied.The detection limit of the method was 0.01 mg·kg-1and the RSD was 2.9%.The linear range of the method was 0-100 μg·L-1and the related coefficient was 0.9999.The recovery rates of the method were 90.5%-104.0%.
