Content of amylose in rice (Indica sativa L.) changed by sense or antisense expression starch branching enzyme gene rbe1

摘要: 用农杆菌介导法将水稻淀粉分支酶1正、反义基因rbe1分别导入籼稻恢复系明恢81中。PCR和Southern杂交检测表明:rbe1已整合进水稻基因组中。T0代种子直链淀粉含量测定结果表明:转rbe1正向表达结构的明恢81直链淀粉含量总体上明显下降,转rbe1反向表达结构的明恢81直链淀粉含量总体上明显上升。Abstract: Sense or antisense expression starch branching enzyme gene rbe1 had been introduced into rice restoring line Minhui81 (Indica Sativa L.) to improve rice starch quantity by Agrobacterium—mediated transformation.PCR and Southern hybridization showed that rice starch branching enzyme 1 gene had been integrated into ricegenome.Analysis of amylose content of T0 generation seeds showed that the content of amylose with sense expression starch branching enzyme 1 gene reduced compared with that of the non-transgenie Minhui 81, while the content of amylose with antisens expression starch branching enzyme 1 gene increased.
