Screening of antagonistic strains against Fusarium oxysporum f. sp. cubense on banana

摘要: 从香蕉健株根际土壤中分离到130个菌株,采用平板对峙生长法,筛选出对香蕉枯萎病菌4号生理小种有拮抗作用的菌株35个。经室内复筛试验有16个菌株对枯萎病菌抑菌带的宽度达6~11mm,拮抗系数大于2.0,其中有7个菌株拮抗作用稳定。盆栽试验结果表明:拮抗菌FB5、T2WF、W10、WDWS和FB2培养液在接种病菌液后50 d的防治效果可达81%以上;拮抗菌FB5、T2WF、T2WC和W10培养液对香蕉苗生长有一定的促进作用。Abstract: Thirty-five rhizosphere strains with inhibitory activity to Fusarium oxysporum f.sp.cubense race 4 were screened by pairing culture on PSA from 130 strains which isolated from the healthy banana rhizosphere soil.Among which 16 strains showed good antagonistic effects with 6-11mm inhibition zone diameter and>2.0 antagonistic coefficient, 7 of 16 strains showed steady antagonistic effects.The results showed that the culture solution of antagonistic strains FBS, FB2, T2WF, T2WC and W10, watered into injured banana roots, could give more than 81%control efficiency on the 50th day after inoculating the pathogen.Furthermore, the culture solution of antagonistic strains FB5, T2WF, T2WC and W10 could enhance the growth of banana seedlings.
